We can imagine that you do not have software developed on a daily basis. It is therefore not a problem if you have not come into contact with Scrum before. Yet as a client you play a crucial role during the development.
For example, prior to the sprint we discuss what is important to you, after which the work for the developers can be prepared. The team then ensures that the wish becomes completely clear in so-called refinement sessions. As a client, you are present at this session, so that you can provide context and answer any questions you may have. Ready to Sprint? You will also remain closely involved during the Sprint by thinking along and giving feedback on what we are developing!
